At WWF Belt, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer clear and fair return and refund procedures in compliance with Shopify and Google Merchant Center policies.
Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Custom or personalized belts may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged during shipping.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt must accompany all return requests.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or damaged during delivery.
Partial Refunds: If the item is not in its original condition or is missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

We will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it under our return policy and place a new order.
